I'm a transformational coach and creative who believes you have to build your life

hey, I'm rinat

from the inside out.

The first year of my personal mastery using Feminine Power principles had me identify a deeply held belief about my inability to thrive. In the mind of a much younger me, I had made an experience mean that I could either be successful in a career that was void of personal meaning, or I could do my soul work and remain in survival mode. This either/or belief matrix was a giveaway of a closed-loop pattern that inhibited growth and it ruled every one of my decisions and behaviours without my conscious awareness.

What beliefs have been holding you back?

Understanding that we all have beliefs that limit our capacities, experiences, and our very being was the starting point of a personal evolution which had me pivot multiple times, as I was getting clearer on my deeper desires for expression and contribution in the world.

The a-ha moment came so fast I had to do an internal double-take to catch it. The idea that I didn’t have to believe every story I had about myself was so profound, it unraveled a whole layer of my identity.

At this point in my life, I had done much inner work, had dedicated myself to learning and achieving, and had years of experience working in mental health and the helping field. It took a very specific approach that was centered in the principles of a feminine system of power to finally arrive at this understanding: the internal story I had about myself as it related to my career and calling and my ability to feel fulfilled was simply that. An internal story, which was based on an older version of myself who experienced the world in a way that had her create this meaning.

This was no small insight. This was the key to understanding the invisible blocks I had experienced for so many years and could not name.

my favourite place to be

By the Ocean

This personal breakthrough was the beginning of a deep dive into the principles of Feminine Power, developed by Dr. Claire Zammit. The more I could see the invisible mechanisms that had kept my life small, the deeper I dove into her teaching. Along with personal mastery, I enrolled in her Institute’s professional training programs, graduating from the Coaching and Facilitation Certification programs in 2020.

In my career in the helping field I had helped thousands of individuals move through their point of crisis. I wanted to help people in their time of need; to use my empathy and deep listening skills to help uplift and empower. And it was my greatest privilege to walk people through their most painful experiences to a place where they could see hope. After fifteen years of crisis work, and my own transformation experience, I realized that I wanted to work with women specifically, at a level of self-actualization. Perhaps like my own story of transforming surviving to thriving, I could see the importance of reaching individuals much earlier than the crisis point and enabling transformations that can uplevel and uplift both the individual and and the collective.

This is the work of the change-maker. Not only to hold space for what is, but to envision and create what can be.

This is why we transform.

No matter how many degrees and certifications or work experience I had, if my subconscious held onto the belief that to be successful meant that I had to sell out, I would never allow myself to thrive.

The moment the limiting belief became visible, the gap I could see so clearly in my life made perfect sense.

I am calling back
to myself
all of my abandoned, neglected and discarded
pieces of my younger years.
Their return is a reclamation.

Q & A

01

What creates a sense of flow in my day

I love rituals like making coffee or tea. Some people like to rush through the process of making, but I like to really slow it down and enjoy every step. There's a sense of embodiment that comes from taking in the details as they unfold.

02

what supports my sense of connection to the self

I view writing as a form of connection to the self. When I move the pen across the page I feel it's able to draw something out of me that otherwise I would not be able to bring to my awareness. I do different kinds of writing, and enjoy a poetic turn of phrase.

03

an aspect of life i feel i can't be without

Creativity. We're all creative in our own unique ways. In the kitchen, the garden, on the page, the screen, or the canvas — creativity is everywhere. When we tap into it, we tap into our power of creation.

04

What I love nerding out on

Science and Spirituality. We live in a time where science is finally able to prove much of the ancient knowledge that's been kept by many cultures around the world. I love nerding out on quantum physics and new technologies that are here to help us navigate these challenging times!

05

How I express myself in my joy

Most of my friends can tell you that I love bursting into song for no particular reason, other than maybe hearing a word that triggers a tune. I also love the harmonies created in a choir and used to sing in a women's choir a few years back.

06

the thing I wish I could do more of...

Travelling! There's a sense of wonder and awe that we open ourselves to a true sense of discovery. Travelling to a new place, whether local or international, really activates the senses for me and enables new connections with people and places.
